Arbitration clients will find the highest standards of disclosure with a commitment to both the fact and appearance of independence and neutrality.  They can depend on efficient and timely case processing and decision-making.  We will agree on a schedule at the initial conference and establish a time frame in which a thorough written decision will be issued.

Arbitration fees:  The hourly rate is $500.  Firm fixed priced arrangements may be negotiated.
